Castlestone Management uses your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Policy Act 1998 and will fully comply with applicable data protection legislation.

What do we do with your information?

Castlestone Management processes and stores personal data in a manner that is compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you are an investor in any of our funds, personal data shall be used for operational and administrative purposes, and may be shared with affiliated Castlestone Management entities. It may also be used to inform you of products and services which may be of interest to you, but if you do not wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please let us know in writing, or tick the box on the relevant application form.

If you apply through a financial advisor we may disclose information concerning your investment to that financial advisor. Your personal data will not be held longer than is reasonably necessary. We will only disclose your personal data to any other party if so required under any applicable law, regulations, or order of any Court of competent jurisdiction.

We may make use of the information for research purposes and may provide you with information via mail, telephone or other means about any Castlestone Management entity, products or services from time to time; and

We may conduct analysis in order to assess and improve our business or the business of any Castlestone Management entity and the services we offer

What about cookies?
